Casa de Colores embodies the best of Caribbean living, with magnificent indoor and outdoor spaces that easily flow into each other. The owners/artist chose every detail down to the Mexican tiles, concrete counters, wood cabinets and brilliant colors found throughout. The house has three separate structures as well as a relaxing gazebo, pool and rock garden. An interlocking deck combines all the buildings and creates a relaxing indoor/outdoor living space. Caribbean views and the south shore of Vieques can be seen throughout the property, especially from the unique and beautiful 1,300 square foot roof deck. The main house has a kitchen with concrete counters, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and farmer’s sink. It is ideally located with access to a large covered patio next to the pool, perfect for indoor and outdoor dinner entertaining. A large living room, a multi-use media room, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a huge roof deck complete the main house. The second structure has two bedrooms on the main floor, each with their own patio entrance and en-suite bathrooms. The lower floor has a fully equipped studio apartment, with private entrance and kitchen. This structure also houses the garage. The third building has a bedroom (or possibly an artists space/office), with its own bathroom and outdoor shower. The pool is surrounded by a professionally designed garden.
